Mint-aholic Fudge

Whenever the -BER months arrive, I always look forward to stopping by at Starbucks to get some Peppermint Brownies or a Peppermint Mocha Frappe. And every year as well, as the Christmas season ends, I always had to savor one last bite or sip because it would be another eight or nine months before I could enjoy them again.

But since the wait just takes too long for me, I decided to come up with my own minty treat. While I do enjoy the brownies, I really like mine fudgier than others, which is why I came up with my version of mint fudge for all the mint-aholics out there like me.

Crinkle Bites

I'll never forget the Christmas gift I received during my 3rd year in college. It was the fudgiest crinkles I had ever tasted. Unfortunately, they were just home-made my my friend's tita, and so, since then I have been searching for crinkles that could match to them.

I kept on searching, and searching, but I never really found right taste and fudginess that I had found that Christmas.

Then it dawned on me: Why not try making some of my own?

And that's how I came up with my own recipe for the perfect, fudgy, Crinkle Bites. Each one will have you craving for more!
