Whenever my family and I visited the Philippines for Christmas during the time we lived abroad, I would always buy some Choc Nut from our village's sari-sari store. So I just had to try using this sweet combination of chocolate-peanut flavor from my childhood on my favorite truffle treat.

Oreo Truffles

As a kid, I enjoyed the twist-lick-dunk combo when munching on some OREO cookies.

Now, I think it's time to enjoy OREOs in a new way. How? By transforming them into some truffles! Just add a bit of cream cheese, coat them in chocolate, and roll them on some OREO crumbs, and....VOILA! We have some soft and delicious OREO truffles munch on.
