Whenever the -BER months arrive, I always look forward to stopping by at Starbucks to get some Peppermint Brownies or a Peppermint Mocha Frappe. And every year as well, as the Christmas season ends, I always had to savor one last bite or sip because it would be another eight or nine months before I could enjoy them again.But since the wait just takes too long for me, I decided to come up with my own minty treat. While I do enjoy the brownies, I really like mine fudgier than others, which is why I came up with my version of mint fudge for all the mint-aholics out there like me.
Check out my Strawberry Surprise Fudge, which is equally delicious and fudgy! You can mix them up if you want!
